EMMY® STATUES and COMMEMORATIVE AWARDS
PLAQUES (Order Form)
It takes many people to put together an Emmy®-winning show and frequently not all the names are included on the entry form!  Now it is possible to  purchase  a non-statue commemoration of your work.  Exquisite and suitable for hanging, these plaques have a beautiful black piano-key finish,  a brass plate for inscription, some with a replica EMMY statuette affixed to it. These plaques are manufactured by the same company that creates each EMMY® statuette.

Production House/Station Plaque
(Particularly popular with  the newsroom or production house - with its 18 plates, inscriptions can be engraved over the course of years.) Black plaque with 9" regional Emmy® statue and 18 small brass plates for individual engraving. $350.

(Perfect for the person who worked on the Award winning production, but whose name was not included*.)

Commemorate your EMMY, at a cost of $125 each (includes inscription and shipping).  The rosewood plaque is 8 x 10 with an inscribed gold plate featuring the academy logo. Please allow 8 weeks for delivery.  A picture of the plaque is included on the form.

EMMY Nomination Plaque
Sophisticated sleek is the new curved glass, self standing Nomination Plaque. 10 x 7" of beveled, curved smokey black glass imprinted with the golden EMMY image. A variation of the image is included on the order form. Those who worked on the production but weren't listed on the entry form may also order one, with approval from the show producer.   $125.00

High School and College Student Award winners may order their own indiviual Pillar with their name inscribed on it.

STATUES

DUPLICATE EMMY® STATUES
EMMY® awards are presented to individuals and not to their employers. Stations, studios and production companies may order a duplicate statuette for display at their place of business.

Corporations, production companies, cable companies and other employers associated with winning craft entries may also purchase plaques (see details above) that have a replica of the statuette and space to list the names/titles of their award winning employees. This is suitable for display in offices. $350 includes engraving and shipping.

REPLACEMENT EMMY® STATUES
Has your beautiful Mid-America Emmy® statuette been damaged or broken? It can be replaced! Send the damaged/broken statue (and all the pieces) with the EMMY® REPLACEMENT FORM and your payment (check/VISA/MASTERCARD).  Please note: the square based statuette is no longer available. We can only replace statues awarded in the Mid-America chapter.  $250 includes engraving and shipping.
